Personally, I never felt so appreciated as a Marine Corps veteran who served my country decades ago. My family was in attendance and had never heard much about my duties during active service, so now they’ll remember those years with honor, like me, and pride for all our vets. They’ll join with me and remember, especially when we hear my favorite ‘deployment’ song, the Righteous Brothers' Unchained Melody, played by the band just for me that day (which continues to renew my great love of this country and the honor serving her brings.) Thanks Warriors Rock!"

"The Warriors Rock Concert highlights the great patriotism within our Mid Mon Valley Region. The awesome 2-1/2 hr stage show presents all genres of music but highlights the video interviews of 8-10 vet/1st Responder service stories from our local area, and I was one of the ones picked to tell mine. Now, unlike some, I did nothing spectacular. I deployed when I was told and returned when I was told and was proud to serve my country in any way I could. Currently, second only to my Family, I love feeling this level of pride and honor through my military service the most. While my family and I watched the short video recap of my time in service to the end, I hear the band break out my recurrent ‘deployment’ song -‘Leavin’ On a Jet Plane’.
